We expect that you are going to love your Nitty Gritty purchase, but if you are ever, at any time, less than delighted with the way your Nitty Gritty product performs, the Nitty Gritty mums will always offer you either a full refund of your purchase price (where proof of purchase is provided), or a brand new replacement - your choice of course - It's this simple.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact mums@nittygritty.co.uk. Let us know why you are not happy with your product and if you would prefer to return it for a refund or if you would prefer a replacement.

When contacting us please include your order number or proof of purchase if you have it.

All goods regardless of a replacement or refund must be returned to our address below.

We do not cover the cost of returning goods, this will be at your own expense. We also do not refund the original postage.  

Please make sure you have contacted us by email and heard back from us before returning any goods. And remember to include your own name, address and order number with any goods you are returning.
